BIRCHBACH coffees have a light to medium roast profile which stays on its own and which is suitable for most brew methods.

That said, BIRCHBACH feels to advise you, letting you know if a coffee is “ideal to enjoy” as espresso or filter. Take a look at the description of each!

In order to enjoy your coffee at its best, BIRCHBACH feels to advise you to only order the amount of coffee you can usually enjoy within one month.

If you are not interested in wholesale orders, 200 g / 7 oz of fresh coffee regularly is definetly preferable than a lot of coffee at once.

BIRCHBACH coffees are sold as whole beans to better preserve their freshness and make sure you get the best result out of them when you brew them.
