Choose your subscription frequency and craft it just the way you like it!
To activate the subscription, simply choose your coffee(s) and select the subscription frequency you prefer. Just add it to your cart... et voilà! Youʼre done!
ARE YOUR COFFEES SUITABLE TO BE BREWED AT HOME BY A NON-COFFEE-NERD?
Of course! Just relax and enjoy the moment! BIRCHBACHʼs coffees can always be brewed using your preferred brew device.
BIRCHBACH's coffees have a light to medium roast profile, suitable for most brew methods. That said, BIRCHBACH feels to advise you, letting you know if a coffee is “ideal to enjoy” as espresso or filter. Take a look at the description of each!
SHIPMENT: HOW MUCH IT COSTS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Shipment costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout.
As a swiss business, BIRCHBACH believes in the reliability and punctuality of the swiss post service.

All national shipments are shipped as economy parcel (7.- CHF) and will be delivered within 2 working days (monday-friday).
All international shipments are shipped as priority maxi letter (13.- CHF Europe, 18.- CHF worldwide) and will be delivered within 2-4 working days (monday-friday).
WHAT IF there is A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT?
As a trade off for price, BIRCHBACH doesnʼt offer tracking of shipments, but in case something should go wrong... will be ready to find a solution for you. Donʼt esitate to get in touch with BIRCHBACH at email@example.com for any question or problem.
I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I STOP OR CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Sure! Unless your coffee has already been roasted for you, you can always stop or change your subscription at any time.
In this case just send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word “STOP” or "CHANGE" as object.
why do you only sell in 200 g / 7 oz package?
BIRCHBACH takes care of you and feels to advise you to only order what you really can enjoy within one month, to be sure you can enjoy your coffee at its best, at its right freshness! 200 g / 7 oz of fresh coffee regularly rather than a lot of coffee at once.
Why do you only sell whole bean coffee?
BIRCHBACHʼs coffees are sold as whole bean to better preserve their freshness and make sure you get a better result when you brew them.
Maybe you donʼt know yet, but while grinding your coffee, you are also starting losing volatile aroma compounds. Almost 60% of them get lost during the first 15 minutes! If you wait even longer, your grounded coffee will also starts to oxidize!
To make it short and simple for you: the shorter the time between grinding and brewing, the better will be the result in your cup.
I DONʼT HAVE A GRINDER. WHICH ONE SHOULD I BUY?
In todayʼs world, there are a lot of home and professional grinders for every budget on the market. Usually, the more you invest in it, the longer will it last and the better will be the result in your cup. Itʼs your choice!
DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?
